Design, fabrication and installation of a 120m2 Office for Sport Ireland on the Sport Ireland Campus. The works also involved, site works, fit out of the offices and modification of existing doorway in the existing office to create access between both buildings.

The site location was on green area, which required some site clearance and the construction of RC strip foundations & Drainage pipeworks for the building. The site works also involved reinstatement works including paving, seeding and planting.

The building was designed in compliance with Building Regulations. The modular building is a light weight steel framed structure which was assembled with bolted connections and finished on site. Externally the building was fitted with EPS Insulated panels. Internally insulation placed in the frame and walls finished with plasterboard. The roof & floor was constructed to the same detail with the roof overlaid with a PVC membrane and the floor was overlaid with OSB board & cement board.

As the building was assembled on site, all services & associated containment were recessed. The M&E fit out included Lighting, Alarms, electric radiators, mechanical ventilation, access control and tying back into the existing networks. The fit out of the building included painting, interior carpentry, carpet tile flooring, fitted furniture & loose furniture.
