Dept Ed – Garbally Toilet Block

This project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of two existing toilet blocks (approximately 19 m² and 26 m²) and conversion of an existing classroom within the “Madden Building” at Clonfert College (formerly St Joseph’s College, Garbally), Ballinasloe, to provide upgraded boys’, girls’ and accessible (Disabled Access) sanitary facilities. The works included strip-out and demolition, new partitions, cubicles, sanitary ware, tiling, flooring, mechanical and electrical installations and associated drainage. Works were substantially & internally complete over summer when school was not in use with external completion works carried out during the first week of term.
