Terminal 1 Mezzanine Seating

On this project we were engaged by daa to carry out a refresh of the T1 Mezzanine seating area to modernise the space, improve passenger experience, and provide a better , more comfortable and modern  F&B patron seating within these  areas. 

Works were segregated into phases to minimise disruption to Patrons and Passengers alike. 

Works included demolition & removal of  existing loose and fixed furniture, balustrades and redundant light fittings. Supply and lay new luxury vinyl tiling and timber effect flooring overlaid on existing tiles, with levelling compound. Supply and install new fixed and loose furniture, new high-stool bench seating and banquet seating around existing columns, with integrated 3-pin and USB power sockets. Solid Oak timber cladding mounted to a number of Feature Walls.   

New LED track lighting at floor transitions, new rooflight feature and replacement of distribution boards and circuit cabling as required.  

Timber-framed planters with faux planting installed at various locations including stainless steel bumper rails, handrails, edge protection, new escape signage.
